Project team members have flexibility in viewing their activities and filtering, which is a basic feature necessary for easily managing plans containing hundreds of rows/activities. Users can create their own filters and groups by applying single or multiple criteria and seamlessly organize activities by focusing on the important aspects of the project.

Working with custom designs

Team members can create and share their own custom XML layouts. They can also import company-specific layouts in PLF format or choose how attribution data is displayed in their view.

Benchmark Comparisons and Earned Value Analysis

Users can easily identify what has changed from the previous schedule status with a clear visual comparison of activity updates from previous versions of the .xer file. Additionally, users can view EV cost and schedule parameters and perform analysis to see if the project is progressing as planned.

Propose field progress update

Users can easily propose and report progress updates for each activity and assignment to their supervisors, who can then keep the schedule updated with the current status with just a few clicks.

Generate graphical reports and analyze programming quality

Users can create standard and custom reports, measure project progress, and communicate information more effectively with all project stakeholders. They can also analyze schedule status and logic through a 14-point DCMA Schedule Assessment report, presented in a dynamic, one-page dashboard.
